Nadeem Kassam, Founder/Corporate Development - Nadeem is a graduate of Babson College in Boston and has joined Zynik Capital to assist in overseeing various aspects of directorship responsibility. Nadeem's college activities included: the Babson Entrepreneurial and Marketing Exchange, co-founding of the Undergraduate Incubator program, and chairing the Babson Networking Association. In his sophomore year Nadeem founded BlabberForce Enterprises, an entertainment marketing firm contracted by Arista Records as a strategic consulting partner. Nadeem is active with the National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurs and is a certified business instructor.  Nadeem is also a member of the Young Entrepreneurs Organization with the BC Chapter.

Paul Harris, Founder - With over 25 years in technology development, Paul has assisted in perpetuating various technology ventures to success. His insights into convergent technology trends have been instrumental in defining the business models for many early stage technology companies. Paul graduated in 1978 with an Aviation Science Degree from Central Washington State.

Iqbal Kassam is Chairman and CEO of Zynik Capital Corporation, a Vancouver-based private merchant bank. He has extensive experience establishing and growing companies. Iqbal received his training from The First National Bank of Chicago and served as vice-president. From 1983 to 1990 he managed and was a major shareholder of Seel Mortgage Investment Corporation, the first publicly traded mortgage investment company in Canada. During this time, Iqbal was also the president and majority shareholder of The Equitable Trust Company in Toronto. He is now a major shareholder of this publicly traded federally chartered trust company with assets in excess of $2 billion. From 1990, Iqbal has concentrated on turnarounds and has concluded transactions with revenues in excess of $500 million. Iqbal holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and is also an alum of the Harvard Business School.
